Contingency plans

BMR requires benchmarks users to have in place robust written plans ("Contingency Plans") setting out the actions that it would take in the event that a benchmark materially changes or ceases to be provided.

Both Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel (BFCM) and Crédit Industriel et Commercial (CIC) are benchmarks users and have Contingency Plans in place. A summary of these plans is available for each entity by clicking on the links below:
